She can answer all your questions about the cruise. If she's not available you can simply just dial the toll-free number and speak to any other Group Specialist, but be sure to quote the Group ID.

No. The cruise line requires a reduced deposit of $25 per person ($50 per room) at time of booking to lock in the price. Alternatively, a full deposit of $250 per person ($500 per room) is required in order to be assigned a cabin number immediately, and also for specialty rooms for suites, singles, triples/quads, which are in very limited quantity. Your deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the cruise. The balance of your cruise will be due on November 29, 2011.

Any and all monies paid before November 29, 2011 are 100% refundable by the Cruise Line. Cancellations after November 29, 2011 will be subject to cancellation fees imposed by Celebrity Cruises. We are happy to discuss those with you over the phone, however, should you think that you might need to cancel then we would recommend that you not book the cruise in the first place. Life does happen and we will discuss ways to protect your investment from loss due to a cancellation.
